Hello there! Welcome to the show
I’m an Iranian abstract artist based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. I’ve been painting consistently since 2015, experimenting mostly with acrylics and ink on canvas. I started painting to make sense of my depression and anxiety; to process my feelings and make something tangible to go with them. So that if need be, I could point to these physical manifestations and say: This is what that feels like to me!
I am in love with the creative process, imperfections, physicality, and gentle messiness of it all. It took a long time and hard work to launch this small business and I am so very grateful you are here to witness it.
My pieces are made with deliberate care, love, and all that I have to offer. I hope they can help you ponder on your own extraordinary existence or at the very least be as cathartic to look at as they were to create.
